Battlecruiser IS capital ship. Perhaps you meant "Flagship".

Capital Ships are;

Carriers-Battleships-Dreadnoughts

Battlecruiser is Heavier version of Cruiser

In discovery, Cruisers are inside the Capital Ship class too though 8| sooooo

Also if you gonna compare other games, yes Battlecruisers are Capital Ships too btw just sayin gg
