For some reason, I think people are kinda intimidated by HoI 3. Admittedly, the UI is shocking and really unwealdly. There are some glaring errors like one button which is almost essential being tiny and almost invisible, and the problem with scrollbars when selecting large numbers of units... But if you can look past these problems, it's actually nothing like as complex as people seem to think it is. The early part of the game takes a long time, and always will. You spend a fair amount of time reorganising stuff to your liking before even unpausing.

HoI IV is looking more and more like HoI 3 as time progresses, and this isn't a bad thing. HoI 3 without the frustrating UI is precisely what I wanted from this game... Can't wat for release.

Just needs everyone to ask for the chain of command system from HoI3 and it's golden.
