Vaelin had waited for Kalel to board his ship, allowing her to gain her bearings. She was watched of course by the surveillance strip along the top of the walls, one of the AI's monitoring her. Upon giving sufficient time for what he believed she might need for composure he exited from the off-shoot room he lingered in. In direct conflict to her he was very well composed and within his element, this was his home after all and her world was one he knew well enough.
"Welcome aboard the Anubis, be thankful you enter through the moorings, there are statues in the docking bay of Anubis, their gaze is always judgmental."
He spoke soft as in truth he was a soft spoken person. He wore simple clothing, track pants with a gun holstered to his each thigh and a knife sheathed at his lower back. He never did share the colors of the order as his clothing was completely black. There small hairline thin scars visible on his hands and arms, marks of prior encounters with malevolent people. He had short cropped hair with a stubble. He beckoned her with his hand.
"I'll show you to your room here, it has enough space and contains adequate entertainment features. Though be warned that any communication in or out are monitored are only sent out given approval, for security reasons."
