Faction Request suggestion area..

I was just reading the GMG faction thread and it was closed in my opinion for no real reason. But I guess theres rules or something about it.

So why not make a specific forum for potential factions to post what they have, and allow the community to comment and help them make their proposal better before they do the request.

This way here the request is proper, and theres no spam in the request thread telling the person how to fix their request. They could get all that over with before actually making the request.


*note* this area wouldn't be an actual request area, but just a place to allow the faction to perfect their request before making it and wasting people's time.
