Gonna give this a slight bump.
Back in 2014 I did not have the time to poke at this, but perhaps someone wants to get it off the ground with me?
Perhaps now it would be the best time for such a group, now that the act of vigilantism is something not done on the server these days.
This is not a group I would lead with my current obligations, but the idea was kinda interesting enough to write it up. If someone wants to grab it and wing it, go for it.
