Faction Request suggestion area..

um... I was wondering why it is so important for that 500 mil to be paid first?

By that I can only assume that the goal is to NOT have faction proposals or to slow down the potential influx of said proposals...

CapWhores tend to farm money far better and faster than the rest of us anyway... so realistically the 500 mil kinda puts the Creative council of the forums in the hands of the 'rich' does it not?

I have no desire to start a faction, (other than the Hive of course), I was just wondering about this rule.

methinks a spot like this for newer players to get schooled, rebuked, corrected etc. might be much better than the horrid attacks new proposals bring in the correct forum.

Farm 500 mil.. propose your idea and watch it go down in flames because your spelling, diction, grammar or eloquence or sub-par to the stalwarts here...

I like the idea of a 'safe' place where people can be told to go back to the drawing board without humiliation...
