depends on your roleplay and char history. - as a freelancer, the rules allow you to fly it. - freelancers are not really lawful - they are affiliated to themselves, thats all. - only their IFF is slightly affiliated to lawfuls, but that shouldn t limit the ID as such.
so if your RP allows or even asks for a hacker warship - i don t see a problem. - NPC freelancers fly the borderworld designs, hackers use BW ships mainly, too ... so its not as far off as trying to use a corsair ship.
so - as long as the RP is good for it - there shouldn t be anyone disallowing you to use this ship, cause the serverrules allow you to use it.
