Cruise to catch up.....Allowed?

The rule makes no sense. A fighter/bomber can run away from a GB just by afterburning at 200. If a GB tries to keep up by cruising, it has broken the 11th commandment, apparently. Even so, it is still hard for the GB to chase the enemy, since he can always keep getting away.

I'm gonna keep chasing fighters and bombers that way, in my GB's. I have even gotten supporting opinion on this from Admin, when I asked about this months ago.

If you disagree with me (and Eppy too, so there!) on this, you are wrong. :P (No flames please, that is what's called tongue-in-cheek)

I'm going to disagree on principle anyway, since why would gunboats have a slower speed if they were supposed to go the same speed?
