Gallia

So I understand alot of people hate Gallia and want it removed this post has nothing to do with that.

I wish to know who created Gallia not in lore but the actual systems and designed its look and feel. Whether you like what it adds to the mod or not you have to admit it is a very good looking place. The design of the ships, trade lanes and jumpgates plus the music just make it a very enjoyable place to fly through its simply a shame less people actually see it and hang around.

Is the lack of Gallia activity due to not having profitable trade routes or is it simply because it wasn't a vanilla house?
