Yea so If I`m in a fight and my electricity goes down and I depart and then after 30 minutes I come back I must leave the system because I lost ? Thats stupid with BIG "S" sorry no offence.

Err, yes, because if you check through the F1 sanctions, unless you prove that your electricity actually went out (news broadcasts are about all I can think trustworthy), you could just be trying to pull the wool over admin. Its a shame that bad people can ruin the fun of people who just have bad luck, but if it wasn't done there would be problems. Big problems. As in literally every trader would mysteriously have electricity problems and disappear whenever a pirate/terrorist showed up.
