1) Do you have any history of criminal activity or previous convictions? I do not.

2) Which of these current licenses do you hold? (Please remove as necessary)
Civilian - Light & Medium fighters and freighters
Mercantile - Transports below 3600 cargo weight


3) Do you have any previous combat experience? If yes, what was the general role and shiptype used? I did see a few hot spots but was successful. I provided escort for my parents company. I mainly us very heavy fighter's my main vessel currently is the Sutinga VHF which is stationed in Cortez which is where I applied for OS&C

4) Have you had contact with any revolutionary, terrorist or otherwise unlawful organisations past or present? No revolutionist but have seen a fair share of unlawfuls such as the Outcast and Rogues. I do my best to avoid conflicts.
