Patrol initiated in Kansas on 02/12/822 with Sentinel Loyola. We scouted out the system sector for any suitable locations to hide the Wraith. Suddenly we detect a Liberty Naval Vessel emerging from the 'forbidden' cloud. We began to query what they were doing there, and they fail to answer us multiple times. We're aware of why they *might* be there, to scan the alien signals and debris within the cloud, if this was the case, they couldn't be allowed to leave with such data.


We followed the Captain to Magellan where he decided to slowly answer our questions, though, they attempted to disclose any further information regarding their findings. We intimidated them into giving what we wanted to hear.

Our aggressive words were fruitful, so there is something going on in that system. But I sense it won't be something we should investigate, as the Hellfire warned us before. Though seeing those Oracle vessels in the past being aggressively defensive of the area is very intriguing. Besides the fact that we saw them retreating from the cloud, could it be possible that they were scouting for some of the Hellfire Legions stations, or some Rogue stations? Who knows. Perhaps they were there for their scientific studies, or perhaps not. We'll see.


Suddenly, a Hellfire Battlecruiser arrived on the scene. Due to their 'control' of the area as part of their 'Commonwealth' - we to let the Hellfire Legionnaire to decide the fate of the LNS-Black.Sword.

The Legionnaire wished for engagement and we offered our assistance to him, they agreed. We moved out to engage the battleship, our primary objective being obtain the information from the wreckage if possible, if not, then destroy.

We were successfull. The target was destroyed, and the data was most likely hindered. Despite having a snubcraft on our tails, we proceeded to return home, the vessel ended up retreating from us. I'll get Engineering to check through the scrap we tractored to see if we managed to obtain any data from their servers, even if damaged.

Whilst flying around the borders, I picked up a suspicious Junker vessel headed to California from the Cortez Jumphole. Target was identified as a smuggler, and standard protocols were engaged. They failed to cooperate and were claimed as part of the IMG bounty. Though their little 'threat' was cute.
