1. Heavy Fighter is a good ship, or better buy Super Heavy Fighter? Or, each of them has strengths and weaknesses?

Heavy fighter has good agility but can often die to one direct nuclear mine. Super Heavy Fighters are kind of like handicapped gunboats, not very good overall. They have large hitboxes and a lot of firepower, but they are very slow and easy to outturn.

2. Can i class 9 guns put in the 10 class gun hardpoint?

Yes.
