Would make it an annoying ship to deal against, and honestly troll-ish if the wrong user uses the ship.

Suddenly you see Impy in a Democritus, Missile equipped and all, pirate is trying to pirate precious money$$$ and then he just completely destroys the pirate due to Impy levels.

In my opinion, Democritus could have a higher regeneration rate, and give it full transport turrets.
