ENTRY: Spirits

Another visit by the 'grand spiritual watchers' in Kyushu today. I was talking with the KNF briefly after visiting Alpha with Ori, and it just suddenly appears out of nowhere. What do they want? It's suprising how incredibly close it got though. It still highly reminds me of my nightmares sometimes.

After the KNF hilariously attempted to harm it, all shots just 'went through' it, like if it was nothing - then it seemed to have concluded what it desired to say at this scenario, and just cloaked away...


I still don't understand how it's communicating. Is it through energy? Through manipulating the sound waves? It doesn't feel like telepathy. But is there there really hope for the aliens? Do they truly have the ability to reason beyond their mechanical logic? The monsters made to kill.


I've tried to somewhat 'befriend' this younger Nomad, which is apparently nicked as T. In hopes that I can inspire 'their' generation to process and perceive things differently, the young one shows effects of always desiring to learn, to just infinitively grab information where possible. Maybe it's a kind of genetic defunction for their younger ones to have reasoning? Or maybe it's because it's not really "hooked up to the machine" - that is their mindshare.

What is it that they truly want? They always seem to claim the same thing. That hostilities are made within the past, and that Humanity appears to be repeating their mistake? Mistake of what? Surrendering? To allow ourselves to come to reason, instead of them to open up?

I'm truly wondering if this 'war' against the Nomads will ever truly end. Perhaps it won't.


Perhaps there are no Nomads, but rather, THE Nomad...? Now that's an interesting theory. What if those creatures, they all have one mind yet... supposedly they all have different feelings. That they're all just puppets of one being, than a mind? Now that would be an interesting theory, as those Morphlings seem to have a drastically different emotion and mental mind.

Though. That also support my other thought that those 'eyes' are actually... part of the omnipotent entity behind them. If I were to design the perfect being, I would definitely create the specie to be infinitive, united, adaptive, quick, fast, observant and knowledgable. And so what? For superiority, what is it worth? Is it to keep the balance? Is it to guard something? To invade? I hope that isn't the case for the Nomads. I've heard things about the ruins on Pygar and in Omicron Major of their hibernation and infestation of Rheinlanders. Should pay a visit sometime.



I'd like to theorise that all Nomads have a 'hook' to their so called Mindshare, that the young ones don't have that hook developed. Hence why the one known as T grew up to be something else, uploading that data that it learned to that network they were 'hooked' into. I have yet to see an 'unhooked' Nomad, I wonder if it's even possible to split them from their network by force?

Or what if they were all truly individuals? I've spoke with some of my crew from the Science department, they find my speculation interesting. Though, some of it just find it amusing and outright impossible. They're probably right though...

There's not really a lot of evidence upon them, but that was my quick show off to them. It's somewhat too bad that I lost my sabre in the Omicrons when I was in Core, it would have had a nice amount of datalogs, ah well. I suppose my memory will do.


I've been mentally tired on this night, my learners in our tutor sessions have learned well. For now, we are studying upon these xenobiologtic relations and combat sequences based upon reaciton. We're analysing how different species form connections and bonds between each other, from human cultures to nomads and to robotics, and how to combat manipulation while keeping aware of the scenario, how your pose can affect the outcome of a fight, etcetra. After such an encounter with the spirital entity, I've been wondering. What makes something innocent? When is something wrong? A matter of perspective, but, are we the innocent yet deadly? Hm. I should study more upon the subject of the K'Hara, but later.


Hrmph... - this is slightly hurting my head to think about. Sometimes I question why I went this way with my life, and went down this path to inevitable death. Eh. I guess being an actor would have been the same.


Well, I promised Ori to make her dinner, and she came up to me, saying that she is ready to risk her tastebuds on my cooking mastery. It's chemistry but easier.

I'm going to show her my work from my study sessions. I hope she likes Synthetic Chicken with a blast of seasoning, I also prepared a tripple synth gel chocolate gelato dessert for her. It's going to be a delight. I haven't cooked for anyone in ages, I'm excited for this.

Come to think of it, Ori has been inspiring me to be a bit more playful recently. Eh. Oh well. Either way! The fun is to be had!
