I would like to give my opinion here please
It took from me 45 minutes to read the entire thread so i can put my opinion here.
Simply in few words, i want to explain the difference between Role Play rules and abusing it.
The Nomads or Khara are supposed to be terror, Yes i agree
They also have to attack everybody so fast and in a style of sudden death, yes i agree
But there is an important point here, If the nomads will cloak then move 100 meter to enemy rear then decloak and open fire, killing the target instantly
without even the target recognize what was attacking him/her, then this is from my prospective is "Bending or Abusing the role play rules".
I never saw Nomads in the single player, decloak few meters behind an enemy and open fire to kill like that.
I have no problem with seeing this happening once or twice per week, but not everytime a nomad attack!

The idea here is that, the nomad RP style can be helpful to the server and increase activity OR can be harmful and bore players off the server.
I know now many players who constantly watch the KHara players once they join the server, and when they come to the targets system, the targets simply log off
or dock and stay docked. I don't think this is the purpose of the nomads RP style and also i don't think that this can grow a healthy atmosphere for gamers.
I hope that developers can find a better way than giving the Khara the rights to decloak behind players 100 meters and open fire.
Maybe they can open fire without a further notice but decloak 3k away from target at least, so they have a chance to react, play, run or die
and in the end, all parties will have fun. Thanks for reading.
