The issue is that K'Hara seems to have taken a tactic of uncloaking behind an enemy ship and spamming it with cap weapons for an instakill without a chance to resist. It's not related to roleplay much, it's more of a matter of K'Hara frequently making someone get a GAME OVER screen out of the blue without anything preceding it.

I see no reason why Admins shouldn't slap all K'hara players for that. But, that's my opinion.

Also, not that I like to argue, but such an action (as underlined above) is a serious violation of the server rules. Rule 1.7, according to which powergaming is against rules.

Shooting you is not powergaming. This is referring to roleplay actions. EG: *Boards your ship, ties you up, and bangs your sister*

The ID doesn't need to say it, it's clearly stated in the rules, which everyone should be reading.

1.3 Every player must have one ID equipped on their ship. Player should follow the restrictions and allowances listed in their ID and their roleplay and conduct must match the actions of their characters. In cases where these restrictions and allowances conflict with the server rules, the ID overrides the rules.

There is even an admin notice to clarify the description. Which again, everyone should be reading.

You've repeatedly, grossly misinterpreted rules in this thread, and even had to be corrected by an admin for your fallacious statements. This leaves your claim extremely suspect.

This rule includes AFK trading and trading over/below the plane, as it is avoiding (that is, affecting/interfering other's RP) the roleplay or player-to-player interaction. If you are flying over the plane or purpose - you are in place in which there's no chance for other player to find you.
