What was so special about Zeta for Delta to inherit its atmosphere?

What about the tube in Omicron Kappa?

Will Freeport get additional weapon installations with Nomad threat increase? (to provide a safe spot, like Yaren and the Core BS)
Adfitional Zoner installation could house ship dealer to sell Zoner GB (which has no sell place in region) as well as other ships that are lacked nearby.

What about the starsphere? It should represent the geographical placement of the system in a nebula (or below, or above).

Will the Nomad installations get into slightly more distant places to be more hidden from occasional eye?
