We are discussing extending cloak changes to everyone.
Wilde was proposed to be included in this change, but the Admin Team decided it'd be unfair for that faction, since it wasn't abusing their cloaks lately.
This is not the right place, but answering earlier question we'll think about adding Tohoku to Indie Nom ID. Make a separate thread about that though.
