We'll look into Order* and Core silent engaging Nomads.

Should be removed tbh. I don't really think either faction needs to be encouraged to silently engage things (the green message also stated they could both silently engage each other). Omicrons might be a PvP orientated environment but discouraging people from at least making engagement notices is neither great nor does it set a good example.
