High Speed Police Chase!

The neutral net scanners have been detecting several AFC vessel signatures breaking regulated speeds in Liberty and causing disruptions to traffic flow! In response to this, the LPI scramble their units via encrypted frequencies to intercept the suspects and issue arrests. Their objective is simple: Do not loose light of the AFC ships and arrest them! Do not let them get away! Every live intact arrest is a 5 million bonus!

RULES:

The LPI must catch all AFC pilots to win.

The AFC may be arrested under the following methods:

1. Ship shot down/destroyed in any way.
2. Ship moved to a stop and escorted to a prison station and dock on the station.
3. Ship docked on any station within 10k radius (pvp death).
4. Ship submits and docks on a LPI prison liner.

AFC will get live arrested by:

1. If the racer calls Yeild/Give-up/etc and coming to a complete stop.
2. A minimum of one cop will accompany the racer until arrest is finished.
3. The racer cannot escape once he has yielded.
4. The Prison Liner must come to the scene and collect the AFC ship into the docking bays. The LPI on the sceen cannot leave until the AFC has docked with the ship.
5. The Prison Liner must transport the AFC ship to the nearest prison station and have the AFC dock. If the Prison Liner is full and another racer is awaiting arrest, they must wait until the Liner drops off the two other racers to prison and comes back for the third.

An AFC ship escapes when:

1. It can no longer be found.
2. It docks on a docking module (highly unlikely) and that ship that has it diagrees to hand the AFC over to the LPi and escapes.
3. It escapes outside of Liberty and bordering systems.

AFC ships are not allowed to dock on any base/planet until they are outside scanning range. Non on radar.
AFC ships are allowed to use any means available to them to get away. No cloaks or Jumpdrives are allowed for the AFC.

Post-Event:

All arrested AFC members will have to participate in another event that will be made as a prison escape. If that fails then there may be other methods as well to get out.
AFC Pilots who escape from the LPI escape the law.

This is a quick broadcast to all AFC vessels. Any available pilots will and must meet me in New York as soon as possible. We will be making our presence more known in New York with another race! Bring your racer fighters and remove any unneeded mass (//no armor. no guns). The race will be around the circular lanes of New York and we will be going at top speeds! Ah yeah and whoever wins will be getting a nice reward bet! Bring some cash along with you! (//10 mills). Lets see those skills on the lanes and show those civilians who we are! If you see any rogues around be sure to give 'em the finger!
