§7. Supremacy of Rheinland corporations in Rheinland space and measures to maintain it:

§7.1. Ownership of mining fields: Rheinland corporations maintain the right to modify, trade, lend, gift, and sell the rights to their respective mining fields to any party.

§7.1.1. Dresden system:

§7.1.1.1. Sectors F-G 3,4,5 belong to Kruger Minerals.

§7.1.2. Koeln system:

§7.1.2.1. Sectors F-G 4,5 as well as D-F 7,8 belong to Kruger Minerals.

§7.1.3. Munich system:

§7.1.3.1. All mining fields within Munich system are the property of Daumann Heavy Construction.

§7.1.4. Omega-7 system:

§7.1.4.1. Sectors A-H 5,6,7,8 belong to Daumann Heavy Construction.

§7.1.4.2. Sectors E-H 1,2,3,4 belong to Kruger Minerals.

§7.1.5. Omega-11 system:

§7.1.5.1. Omega-11 system as whole is the property of Daumann Heavy Construction. Official Daumann representatives (marked with tag DHC-) are allowed to declare traffic regulations, fees, local laws and enforce them. Federal law-enforcement authorities may assist.

§7.1.6. Only vessels belonging to the company that owns the area, in addition to Rheinland law enforcement vessels, can patrol and/or mine in said areas. This holds true unless an agreement has been reached between the visiting vessel and the area’s owner.

§7.1.7. Area owner has the right to forbid entrance completely to the said zones to any non-Rheinland entity, group, company or corporation. This must to be announced in Rheinland Government Channel and also announced in Neural Net Communication Channel properly.

§7.1.8. In case of violation by ship which is not allowed to enter the area, violator will be ordered to leave the area once, then reasonable force may be used. Repetitive violators may be also fined up to 5.000.000 SC fine. Party which is enforcing the entrance restriction is responsible for keeping enough evidence about incidents for any possible litigation.

§7.1.9. In case ore theft is revealed, stealing party is obligated to pay equal to stolen ore’s worth compensation to the field owner’s. Exact worth is to be calculated by law enforcement forces.
