In theory we can dock on Bethlehem, but I don't think that would make the Zoners very happy.

I will post quite unpopular opinion, but I find FR5ing player towards all Zoner Freeports by official faction not making any sense. Zoners aren't single faction, they don't even have a single ruling body, being bound just by name and every base has its own "leader".

It's like trying to FR5 e.g. Junker from Freelancer bases, because he pirates FL ID players or around e.g. Barrier Gate Station.

Finally someone who gets how Zoners work. About time.

the last Zoner FR5 (that I can find) occurred February 2nd, 2014

So, no more talk of the almighty FR5, its dusty from lack of use

Spazzy, this won't go anywhere because the people you are trying change have the ability to turn a blind eye and claim "for the greater good" so its perfectly fine to have Dev's leading Factions, there obviously is no inherent advantage to knowing or being a Dev compared to just being your lowly player
