Any and all who wish to take part need to register because seeing as how these a both highly unscrupulous and manipulative thugs I need to make sure that they will not be using false flag attacks to let their cronies take home a slice of the pie. All bounty applicants will be stringently checked before being accepted.

But until you prove to me otherwise you can hunt scumbags on your own but not on my dime. If you want my trust you have to earn it, I'm not hard to find.
