out of all the recent comm threads to the Congress only one (as far as I can tell) has come from another official faction

So that one unofficial one is from me and is far from mindless. And I only cared to even report it to actually get that particular nasty away from Rochester because he always undocked. Shot a trader and then fled there without anyone being able to do something about it since the distance is very low.

If we ignore serious indies we have a problem here.
