Error found and not cured

I have the same problem and i have tried everything but still doesn't work with all my accounts very high ping for all accounts and in game i see a ping replay number i have never seen. thousands.

one of the chars in the account is BMF|Zak.Conner & BMF|Egyptian|

Malma can you tell me what you did to solve the problem ?

It's not solved bro, and it took 5 days just so the admins convinced that the problem is not from my side and start applying some desk features that remedy the chars
but anyway, so far, its not working and i think i have no more patience to wait over a week so i can just play
My bases will die probably and i have nothing to do.
I started playing another game for now, i am sorry dude, you might want to find another corporate lawyer for BMF
I can't play anymore and it take ages to even receive a reply from an admin.
