Another Failed Idea

Currently, we have plenty of problems with Disco in general. Two of these problems are 1: The lack of moneysinks and 2: Arguments on what gets updated by a patch next.

My idea is that moneysinks could be made for people to help "finance" their preferred update. That way there will be a non-forum argument way to decide which thing the devs work on next.

This idea would solve both issues if carried out correctly, and people would have something to trade for besides CAU8s and POBs once they get rich.

For example: Have several moneysinks people could transfer credits to, to fund the specific patch it corresponds with.

Examples:
Omicron Update: 5 Billion Credits
Gallic Conquest Update: 6-8 Billion Credits
Smaller things such as trade lane to Sprauge in Omega-3 completed: 750 Million Credits
#deletecore: 1 Trillion Credits

So, what do you think? Good Idea or Bad Idea? My examples do not have to be anything near the price of what I put them as, by the way...
