1. I don´t think Hogosha was ever interested in collecting junk, don´t know where Toris which mentioned this in the other thread got it from. Hogosha is something like organized crime syndicate, the closes real life example is yakuza. This means they run many legal businesses, but they are also involved in some shady things or directly illegal actions. But they succesfully pretend they do only legal things, so they got granted same rights as Kusari corporations by Kusari laws.

Also yes, Hogosha is still enemy of junkers everywhere, junkers are considered as "filth" by them. Their ID even gives them right to shoot junkers anywhere. By the way in Kusari junkers are not welcomed generally, by law they can be evicted/shot on sight.

2. I don´t understand what this question is about. Liberty is somewhere between capitalist democracy and corporatocracy but I´m not sure what you are asking about. If people there know it? I guess at least some do, when for example LPI is privatized police force.

And no, ALG doesn´t use junkers and I don´t think they ever did, from what information you think they do? They are specialized in handling waste including space junk, so why would they need junkers? There is reason why they have their own mining bonus for scrap mining.

3. I´m not sure what you mean by name. If it means some kind of code of conduct, then there is simple one - be fair at least little. If there is snubfight, don´t ruin it with battleship (or basically anything bigger than gunboat, even with just gunboat think twice if you won´t create huge powerplay). If you do that, no one can punish you, but as people say - it´s bad and you should feel bad. In the end even the side you came tu support may be annoyed by it because they might have enjoyed good balanced snubfight.

4. You can if your ID allows it and you do proper engagement notice. And if anyone use the sentence "My faction leader is an admin your in trouble.", feel free to report it. Not only it is against rules, but it is very likely lie.

5. Depends on situation and how it is RPed on the spot. But by rules there are not any limits, technically you can log back in ten minutes and continue in playing. However if you were arrested inRP expect to be shot next time with explanation you escaped from prison.

6. Everyone can take bribes, this is not considered as unlawful action by ID rules.

7. Yes, by rules neither of the factions is superior. And I think even by inRP laws.

8. Depends on ID you use. Nomad indie ID can´t leave Omicrons, Ellesmere and Alaska by ID rules at all. If you want to go elsewhere, you either have to use Nomad Trial ID (though you will be restricted to light fighter only) or become member of Khara player faction.

On a ragebreak. Or ragequit. Time will tell.
