No pirating in cap's/but legal's allowed to kill trader's in cap's?

Both, the cruiser and me, were teamed, and we were in formation chasing you. He didnt say a word, as he had no time, because after several requests by my side, you began shooting at my VHF. Everyone knows the damage transports can inflict to a fighter while typing/doing whatever. You were given options, you didnt talk in RP a single sentece, you began shooting without warning, you were nullified by security forces.

Please, dont make me put here the whole conversatino you had, while we were chasing you, about how we couldnt stop you because of server rules against attacking transports, even when you were getting into a restricted area (Z21), with smuggled goods. But if its requested by an admin for any kind clarification, i will send them by private message.

About if i gave enough time to drop smuggled goods, it gave him enough time to run away, try to find entrance to Z21, missing it, and trying to go around the minefield. Since first request to drop goods to last screenshot before beeing fired on me, it is 3 minutes.

And i am really sorry that our interception did give so many.. problems. I had to post as i didnt want MACK-TRUCK to have any kind of "invulnerability" shield against him because his constant threats about reporting us if we attacked him, which began right after feeling trapped. He didnt bother to talk before that, to put any excuse or whatever.
