In my own point view, having an access code upoaded in my neural net give me a regular access to a base. So it is strictly a personnal access depending of the ID ship and the record of the specific pilot.

I have the strange feeling that all of the regular readers of theses forums already behave with a RP common sense. All we can write, all we can say about RP behavior will affect only those who are ready to play the game. It still remains an excellent idea to specify who can or cannot dock on a base or use a JG (NY-->Alaska).

However, all issues we raise about capship whoring, rules, ooC chat, ooRP behavior will have absolutely no consequences on occasionnal player of Disco mod. I will be very pessimist, but i don't expect to see any RP wise rules being respected by a non-regular reader of the forum.
I'm just learning to deal with it and play with it.
