Demanding 7 million right after another pirate already demanded 3 million for an empty transport is extremely poor behaviour from the [RHA]. I can not believe you are genuinely surprised by the reaction force they sent your way.
Maybe you should work on your own behaviour before you criticize the reactions of other factions?

7 million credits IS NOT THAT MUCH CASH. Jesus, its like any demand over 2 million is the end of the world. You have over 500million credits on a ship, or in your banks you do trading literaly all the time how is 7million such a big number? On top of that I can only recall like 6-7 times ive ever pirated a Kruger| ship because whenever you see us you log off. Not only that but inrp Kruger and RHA aren't butt buddies, do I really need to explain relations between the RHA and kruger inrp to you?
