Mmm, funny you all say that you don't need RP to build a core 1 base, so, every time I applied to the specific Lawful of a specific house space, or the local power who claims ownership of a specific space, and the communication up to their approval, is not RP and totally unnecessary?
Wish I knew it then, maybe I would not have gotten so angry every time my base got killed....
This tells me that it is a waste of time to follow the "legal" way when it comes to base construction.
