Scary title was scary.

Run an anti virus scan and a malware scan, then after the crap is removed get an adblocker and a script blocker, also stop clicking bad things.

Oh and uninstall skype then reinstall it.

And stop clicking the virus links... they just make it worse, no you do not need to know what pages they go to it's not important.

Also, uninstall any random browser addons that have magically appeared on your computer.
