Independent traders group;

We inform you that the Department of Trade and Economics in conjunction with the Department of Defense have come to the conclusion to deny your base license request.

The location chosen is a busy junction in the Pennsylvania system to which the construction of the base would affect negatively. We will require a minimal distance of 10k from Planet Erie or the lane junctions.

On another note, the we will require more information regarding your group and it's activities as well as more details on the base's operation such as it's IFF transponder.

Another requirement is allowing access to the Liberty forces ( [LN] , LPI- , =LSF= , 5th ) at all times.

Last but not least you are required to be familiar with The Laws of Liberty for more information as well payment requirements for your base.
