Hello my friend,

Due to the nature of your message, I will be responsible to address it. My name is Alan Smith and I am a Guild Master of the IMG. Firstly I need to express my curiosity about which ship requires such a massive number of quantities just for repairs. Are you sure it is just for one vessel? Anyway, as for your request, our knowledge about Vespucci system is scarce and no records of "America Base" exist in our databases. Most importantly, it is a system held by the Hellfire Legion. Moving that number of quantities will take time and with the war looming around, even more. So the chances of getting caught dealing with Hellfire are too high. As you can realize this is something which we cannot afford to do because of the political fallout.

However Sapphire I have a counter-offer to make. Why don't you move your vessel(s) to one of our shipyards? We will bring the cargo there and our engineers will do the repair job for free so you will only need to pay for the cargo transportation. I don't know the capabilities of America but I am certain our shipyards have more manpower and tools to make the repair work way more efficient.

If you have a different idea please let me know as long as it does not involve Hellfire Legion or Vespucci system, this is non-negotiable. Our willingness to help you, I believe, is obvious.

Regarding your commercial inquiry, since you are a successful contractor in our Bounty Board, I believe you more than deserve to obtain three of our heavy bombers. However I would first like to ask you how you intend to use those ships and in which systems are you going to operate them in. As you might have already guessed, this inquiry is made in order to prevent any diplomatic issues which may be caused while using them.
