Idea: Cali Terraforming

2019/826 A.S is when the update that finishes it's terraforming comes out.

I figure this could show signs of it being "almost finished", as it's still pretty darn cold but also a bit more livable. Terraforming is a slow process, therefore it won't instantly change from ice world to farmable land world.

I don't really see the reason of a name change, other than that, it is always a good idea to modify things so they show time passing +1

I figured that California Minor is an unoriginal name, so that's why I want the name change. I've still mentioned the original name in the experimental infocard though, to contribute to it's history.
