Suggestion: Buff Nomad Adapted weaponry

I'm wondering if they are supposed to be good lorewise.

They are "Adapted". Probably meaning these are guns are shooting the projectiles shot by Nomad guns and is compatible with Human technology.

But if we're talking guns, then they should first be good Gameplay-wise and then Lore-wise.

Gameplay-wise Core and Order have an access to good guns though. And 'probably' as you say, adaptation of those guns is not that perfect. At least infocard saying that it's "an attempt".
