Suggestion: Buff Nomad Adapted weaponry

I don't like them being used by way too many human factions, so under the current circumstances I'm not in favor buffing them.

They can be used by 7 factions.

Liberty Security Forces, Bretonian Intelligence Service, Kempeitai/Kusari Naval Intelligence,MND, The Core and The Order.

The last two IDs are the most frequently used, while the rest are less/rarely used. And the factions rarely use them.

How about a bonus damage against nomad shields/ships?

Why not the opposite... I always disliked nomads being shot by their own technology, simply stupid.

Because gameplay reasons.
