The Department of Trade and Economics in conjunction with the Department of Defense have come to the conclusion to accept your base license request.

You are to abide the following terms:

- The base will display a Freelancer IFF and will be set to neutral towards other ships in the area.

- It will always allow access to the Liberty forces ( tags: [LN] , LPI- , =LSF= , 5th ).

- Last but not least you are required a starting payment of 30'000'000 (30 million) S.C. to Ferris.Dufresne which will be changed accordingly to the base upgrades in the future.
