Either way, thanks everyone for showing up.
I do not understand the attitude, seriously.
As you know, I was in the OC TS after I got blued and I was surprised on how negative the whole mood was.
And that only because it was taking longer?
Many of those who complained loudest were not even fighting, but sitting there in caps.
There were times, when larger snub fights lasted 1+ hours every single time.
Good, large fights actually had to last that long to be considered good.
What I ask myself is: why so much negativity?
If your hand hurts and you think it is no fun, then just fly away and log off.
If you feel like you are being forced to do something that you absolutely hate (because it for sure sounded like this on TS), then don't do it.
You are not chained to the keyboard.
I mean, what do you prefer?
A "roll over everything in 3 min and log off content afterwards"? That sure sounds like fun. <irony>
Or, like suggested so often, to break the event rules and rush the Solaris caps in when your team decided that "it is enough". It did not happen, but the amount of "I really want to end it now!" was so dominant in the talk.
I have trouble understanding the negative, destructive mood that aimed at ending the event and the attitude on the OC channel and it is kind of telling that the OC kudos is snarky, watered down or non-existant, while Corsairs (who lost both events) actually think of it as a good fight and a successful event.
Will you upload, Scourge? If yes, please leave the audio in.
Or listen to it again, at least.
I think faction leaders could promote a different mood.
