Good day to you mister Noah. We are sorry for the long delay, with the recent influct of comms being sent to my office I tend to loose track. This kind of requests are common and they are followed with a standard procedure. The first thing we need is proof of good standings with the forces of Liberty, now that thats out of the way a fee of 2.5 (two and a half) million should be forwarded to LPI-Rikers as a registering fee. Once the criteria is met your license will be processed and you will be free to carry stabiline with no trouble. Note that only up to 5 units are allowed in your hold at once.

I also recommend obtaining a separate license from a Cryer Pharmaceuticals affiliate. I would personally recommend Wisp Innovations as we have previously had good experience dealing with them. It will give you even firmer ground in case there is any trouble with the authorities and it will help in case you intend to obtain licensure from other houses.
