Not good idea, because it would break economy balance again, possible profits would be too high so they would have to be decreased and this would affect negatively everyone who is doing trading with regular ships.

4. Make it avalable for everyone and price like it was (502 mil) or even 1 billion so people wouls trade hard to get it. (Avalable for everyone is making it not SRP).

It is very special ship, so I don´t see problem with special treatment. One of the problems these days is that lot of players want shiny special stuff, but they are not willing to do something for it.

Also Even if you pirate barge on 20% (as i always do), barge pilot won't be shouting that you robbed him as other 80% is not that much small sum....

Some of them definitely will shout that you robbed them. People do that on 5ker, they will do that on barges too. It would be naive to expect otherwise.
