Greetings, Grand Admiral, Ms Stone.

I come to you with a request, i trust you are aware of my vessel and my dealings with you in the past. I'm sure you recall the various interactions and operations i participated with in the past. I wish once again for that to be so, however on a different end of Sirius. I trust- No. I know well enough you know about the situation in Bretonia.

She pauses, composing herself

I'll get to the point, recent events have resulted in my vessel Phoenix..inoperable. Let's just say a few of the things we like to destroy put me in a bad spot. So i was forced to retrieve an old Navy vessel from the era of the 41st Task force. It is now used as the host for my AI, Nixie, whom i'm sure you're both acquainted with. My intention is to work with a group known as the Aegis Initiative, in fact we are assisting them currently, to further the cause against the Alien threat.

In fact, i would go as far to say i am actively part of the Initiative at this point. We are currently in the process of researching various leads we have on this end of Sirius. I am intending to start operations with my vessel shortly. But -I lack the equipment on my vessel to effectively deal with these things. The weapon systems are ancient and outdated and i can't rightfully go asking anybody in Liberty. On top of this fact, trying to get systems modern enough for my AI to associate with properly is incredibly difficult in my position.

So i come to you, with this humble request. Specifically i am requesting the following:

*Two (2) Order Battleship Primary Turrets
*Six (6) Order Cruiser Turrets.

I am aware this is a big ask, but it's a cause i deem worth fighting for no matter what it is i need to request. I am unsure of what to offer you in return however i'm sure we can come to some sort of an agreement. I believe destruction of the enemy we both face, should be set as top priority. I am perfectly able and willing to meet with you in a location of your choosing should you wish.
