First of all, I would like to thank all of you for the assistance you have afforded Synth Foods, Incorporated, over this past year and a half. It is without a doubt due to your successes that Synth Foods has been able to maintain its position as the premier food supplier in all of Sirius, and for that you have my most sincere gratitude.

However, there have been far too many issues with the system so far to continue its unhindered use. With this communication, all processing of claims (and the validity of such claims) is HALTED until further notice. While we are working with system design teams and our financial department to deliver you a more robust system, we ask for your patience and acceptance of the current situation, and for your return once the new system is hopefully created.
