Evening Mr. Xonnel -

I apologize for the lateness and rudeness of making you wait. It is unprofessional, and I deeply apologize. I unfortunately had a conflict arise that demanded my attention within the Omega systems, so I am unfortunately unable t' make it t' Ames as quickly as I'd like.

With that said though, I have informed my staff at Ames with what I hope t' propose, so they should be able t' handle things for the time being. I believe they already had you sign a non-disclosure agreement and have your files on record. T' keep it brief, your neural scans are extraordinary, and I believe would be the perfect subject for a prototype we're working on. Without going into too many details, we have been working on cybernetics and augmentations for integration into a human body. Applications include cybernetic heart, lungs, even appendages such as arms.

Granted, most of those are for war victims as well as those whom are in desperate need of such, but what we are also developing is artificial or cybernetic enhancements. Cybernetics eyes, allowing you t' effectively "scan" people or objects without the use of a handheld device. Neurological enhancements, allowing for potential integration into your ship's navigational systems. Things of that nature. What we are looking at though, requires testing with someone with neurological patterns such as yourself. Someone who, with a brain like yours, would be able t' help us in testing and adjusting such augments that would eventually allow for seamless integration into a human body.

Now, I know this all might sound frightening, and it would seem like we would be testing on you. I assure you, that is not what I am alluding t'. In actuality, we'd run the tests externally, with a cap with fixed electrodes placed on your head, and we would test your brains capability t' operate or "control" such cybernetics. Completely harmless, I assure you.

Once the tests are done, we will evaluate and examine the results, and proceed from there. Does this sound acceptable t' you? Please let me know at your earliest convenience, and I again apologize for my tardiness.
