How to fix the problem where activity is not spread evenly across Sirius

By severely reducing the play area, which is not a good choice to begin with.

My suggestion would be to have the current faction leaders make a revolving activity chart and dedicate events not randomly, but in order to not SPREAD but rather ROTATE the activity through the area. Not only it will do good for players of said factions, but also will give reason for people to create characters in areas they would have usually not done so.


This will take effort, however, and admins need to be on board with the idea to - if needed, produce admin-operated events that would boost the activity in regions via the event plugin or price bumps.
