Last I heard Haste is struggling to find a solution that can make it balanced with the effect. Given that it's only an aesthetic (and tbh it only looks good when the ship is static, when in motion it looks laggy and doesn't flow well) perhaps if the problem can't be solved it'd just be simplier to take it off.
