Danke for further information. However there is one more issue which was brought up by our technical adviser. Hyperjumps with hyperdrives require specific coordinates to make sure ships will jump to the desired exact location. We noticed no Kruger ship has permission for use of hyperspace survey device, what logically leads to our question - how do you plan to obtain these coordinates?

To make it clear at the beginning - it is very unlikely that your group would be given blanket permission for use of all extraordinary devices as you require. No organization apart of law enforcement authorities has it.
Thus, to process your application, we need to know a lot more about supposed use of your ships, their numbers, types and intentions and flight routes in Rheinland space. You would make your position much easier if you would be able to make list of ships including names, types and types of extraordinary equipment they carry, with addition of their supposed flight routes in Rheinland space.
