Sorry for being so useless at leaving feedback... but better late than never eh?
I've had two recent encounters with Ageira~Alan.Pace, one as [W] organising delivery of specialist Ageira product to Sitka Station. It was quite a short interaction, and done over PM to arrange a base admin to make the goods sellable, but was inRP.. 10/10 would recommend buying tech from Mr Pace and his organisation again in the future!
The other one was (sorry Alan) as GG when we probably totally ruined his day, with piracy. I wasn't heavily involved in chatter, as was my first flight as GG, but was a nice, long encounter (I hope Mr Pace felt he got his cargo's-worth of angry tree-hugger RP from our group).
Anyway, I'll look forward to doing business with, terrorising, and maybe even being shot by Ageira in the future. Good luck with the officialdom request !
