A memo found

Papers are strewn everywhere. It's a mess. No filing system means gross unorganization, but by happenstance, a memo flies onto the face of a slightly-less-than-obese LPI officer. Taking it off, he reads it, and then shakes his head and reads it again.

Effective immediately, all out-dated Patriot Light Fighters are to be replaced with the newer Liberators, due to a recent discovery of buried treasure by a certain Cesar Fezini, who happens to have fallen asleep the moment he unearthed it, meaning he couldn't take it all for himself.

It was over a month old! The LPI officer stands on the desk and yells at the top of his lungs, informing everyone of the new happenings. They stare at him like a deer stares at the headlights of an oncoming truck, then scattered, papers flying everywhere once again.

Later that day, the old Patriots were converted into escape pods for the new Rusty Donut.
